🌏 The Role
Sitting within the Performance Media team, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across channels, including Search, Social, and Programmatic. You'll work alongside experienced media specialists and get real exposure to client accounts, campaign tools, and reporting that actually matters.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DV360
- Pull and analyse performance data, building reports that turn numbers into clear, actionable insights
- Support day-to-day client communication and help prepare presentation materials
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs, flagging issues before they become problems
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices — and share what you learn
- Collaborate across teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics
🎯 Skills and Experience
- A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data, or a related field
- Genuinely curious about digital media and how performance marketing works
- Comfortable with data — you don't need to be a data scientist, but Excel / Google Sheets shouldn't scare you
- Strong attention to detail and an organised way of working
- A team player who can also work independently when needed
- Any hands-on experience with paid media platforms (internships, personal projects, coursework) is a plus
