🏢 About the Company

The client is the world's largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Their technology empowers publishers to monetise content across multiple formats, including CTV, streaming, online video, display, and audio. Operating on a global scale, the company facilitates billions of daily transactions, providing brands and agencies with access to high-quality, brand-safe ad inventory.

📍 The Role

This Associate Director role sits within the Strategic Partnerships team, owning the relationships with the company's most critical third-party technology partners across Southeast Asia. It's a full-lifecycle role — from sourcing and negotiating complex partner agreements through to launching and scaling them — and sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, and cross-functional execution, making it a highly visible seat for someone who wants regional ownership.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Acts as the lead for the company's most critical Southeast Asia partners
  • Owns the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating complex agreements to launching and scaling them
  • Manages day-to-day relationships with third-party technology partners
  • Supports internal teams to foster partner growth and revenue
  • Increases awareness of the company's offerings among partner organisations
  • Creates training materials for partner launches and coordinates internal training
  • Builds tactical, executable strategy that aligns across multiple partner segments for third-party technology partners

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years' experience in partner management or business development within online advertising, data onboarding, or adtech
  • Experience identifying partners and structuring complex agreements, with a proven track record in negotiation and execution
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing) to drive successful partnerships
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical and commercial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong tactical execution skills, able to identify alignment opportunities across partner segments

✨ You'll Love This Role If…

  • You enjoy owning high-stakes partner relationships end-to-end, from first conversation to scaled agreement
  • You want real autonomy — this is a low-direction, high-trust environment
  • You like being the connective tissue between commercial, product, and legal teams
  • You're energised by the fast-moving world of programmatic and CTV advertising
  • You want a role with genuine regional (SEA) scope and visibility
  • You take pride in translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences
