Operating on a global scale, the company facilitates billions of daily transactions, providing brands and agencies with access to high-quality, brand-safe ad inventory.
🌏 The Role
The Account Executive serves as the operational foundation for the Publisher Account team. Based in Singapore, this individual is responsible for the seamless execution of technical workflows, first-class client support, and proactive performance monitoring. This job is best suited for candidates from AdTech vendors or from a media agency, with 1 year of experience, fresh eyes, a bold take, and driven to provide top-notch external and internal support.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
Operational Support & Internal Partnership
- Acts as the primary operational support for the Account Management (AM) team, maintaining publisher account settings and inventory structures.
- Manages day-to-day technical aspects of publisher monetisation, including account setups, tag generation, and seat mapping.
- Maintains internal documentation and health trackers to provide real-time visibility into integration statuses and delivery blockers.
- Facilitates internal tickets, acting as a liaison between AM, Technical Operations, Marketing, and Demand teams.
Technical Troubleshooting & Monitoring
- Conducts daily monitoring of OTT, CTV, and Video supply to identify and flag anomalies in revenue, fill rates, or bid density.
- Performs initial technical troubleshooting for integration issues such as VAST/VPAID errors, timeout issues, or header bidding discrepancies.
- Audits ad delivery and measurement to ensure compliance with industry standards, including app-ads.txt and Sellers.json.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generates and refines weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, converting raw data into professional decks for client presentations.
- Manages ad-hoc data requests by pulling granular insights from SSP and Ad Server logs to address specific performance queries.
- Identifies demand and supply gaps through performance trend analysis and pricing evaluations.Client Interaction & Service
- Assists Account Managers in client communications by providing technical updates during weekly syncs or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Provides direct assistance to clients for routine tasks, including UI walkthroughs and reporting access.
- Oversees the onboarding checklist for new publishers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to live production.
🎯 Skills and Experience
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage large volumes of data, multi-stakeholder projects, and complex administrative processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards sales, revenue, and activity targets.
- Experience within the digital advertising ecosystem (e.g., publishers, agencies, SSPs, or DSPs).
- Understanding of programmatic monetisation workflows and publisher ad tech (Ad serving, Mediation, DMP).
- Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, Malay/Bahasa Malaysia, or Vietnamese.
- Previous experience using Salesforce.
