🌏 The Role
This role is based in Singapore and sits at the intersection of client relationship management, campaign execution, and data-driven strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong programmatic knowledge, a client-first mindset, and the ability to operate with confidence across brands, agencies, and DSPs.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
Client Management & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with demand teams to manage client relationships and campaigns end-to-end — covering pre-sale and post-sale activities, including in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for assigned accounts and their campaigns.
- Educate clients on platform offerings and available supply, helping them get the most from the partnership.
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Monitor pipeline and revenue tracking, managing progress toward team and company targets.
- Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and market insight.
- Provide regular campaign reporting, insights, and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Help troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify blockers preventing successful delivery and performance.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
🎯 Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in programmatic media buying; agency, DSP, or SSP background is a strong advantage.
- Solid working knowledge of G-Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), including pivot tables, data visualisation, and presentation building.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.

- Programmatic and analytics-led solution experience.
- Strong understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience working with agency and direct client portfolios.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously through to completion.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who brings energy, drive, and enthusiasm to the team.
