🌏 The Role
As an Account Director, you will take full ownership of key client relationships, serving as a strategic partner to help them navigate the evolving media landscape. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and flawless activation, ensuring that every media investment drives measurable business growth.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual and campaign media strategies that bridge the gap between brand and performance objectives.
- Translate client business goals and briefs into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs.
- Oversee the execution of full-funnel media plans across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional offline channels.
- Serve as the senior regional lead and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and direction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse activation team to ensure best-in-class media thinking and executional excellence.
- Drive media innovation and thought leadership to ensure clients stay ahead of market trends and cultural shifts.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, data, and creative teams to ensure consistent, insight-led campaign delivery.
- Oversee account operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and effective resource allocation.
🎯 Skills and Experience
- 12+ years’ experience in a media agency environment, specifically within strategic and communications planning.
- Proven track record of leading major client accounts and managing senior-level relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of brand and performance media across digital, social, and offline landscapes.
- Deep expertise in audience planning, data-driven marketing strategies, and effectiveness measurement.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Commercially minded approach that balances creative media solutions with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading and growing diverse teams across different markets or disciplines.
- Strategic thinker with a deep grasp of consumer behavior and evolving media dynamics.
