⚡We are partnering with an agency to find them an exceptional Performance Media Manager to join their team in Singapore. Let us share more details!

🏢 About the Company

The organisation is a world-renowned digital media agency that treats marketing as a science. Founded on the principle of experimentation, they have grown from a small team of engineers into a global powerhouse with over 1,000 employees across five continents. They pride themselves on a "people-first" culture that champions diversity, high performance, and total transparency. Unlike traditional agencies, they use proprietary technology and automation to eliminate manual tasks, allowing their managers to focus on high-level strategy and driving the bottom line.

🌏 The Role

As a Performance Media Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class work across a portfolio of sophisticated clients. This is a "hands-to-the-pump" role that requires a blend of technical execution and strategic consulting. You’ll apply deep platform knowledge to define campaign delivery plans, measurement targets, and optimisation roadmaps. Beyond daily management, you’ll be a key driver of the agency’s "test and learn" philosophy, ensuring that every campaign is a step toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Excellence: Deliver brilliant, high-performing campaigns across digital channels that outperform KPIs, on time and to budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Define campaign delivery plans, measurement targets, and sophisticated optimisation frameworks.
  • Client Stewardship: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day deliverables and presenting strategic updates.
  • Process Innovation: Implement and improve guidelines and playbooks, identifying opportunities for automation and technology adoption to streamline workflows.
  • The Scientific Method: Generate and promote innovative "test and learn" concepts to clients to drive continuous, incremental growth.
  • Team Mentorship: Actively mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and executional excellence across the practice.

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Search and Social campaign delivery.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimising digital media through technology and automation.
  • Strong understanding of how different digital channels work and optimise together.
  • Confident and engaging communication style with a focus on quality and continuous learning.
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical and process-oriented approach.
  • Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you through active mentorship.

🚀 You’ll Love This Role If…

  • You Value Performance: You aren't satisfied with "good enough" and thrive on beating previous benchmarks.
  • You’re a Tech Enthusiast: You enjoy using engineering-led solutions and automation to solve marketing challenges.
  • You Are Detail-Driven: You take pride in hitting quality assurance metrics and maintaining a high standard of account health.
  • You Want Culture: You want to work for an agency that prioritises social impact, diversity, and the well-being of its people.
