An AdTech platform at the forefront of ad verification. With a global client base spanning leading brands, agencies, and publishers, they are building an infrastructure that makes digital advertising safer, smarter, and more accountable. Their Singapore office serves as a regional hub across the Asia Pacific, and they are now looking for a senior leader to head up their Customer Success function.


🌏 The Role

This is a client-facing, execution-focused role sitting at the heart of the business. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients — primarily digital agencies and brand advertisers — ensuring they are getting the most out of the platform and hitting their campaign performance goals.

 

Think of this role as the platform equivalent of a Paid Search or Paid Social Manager at an agency — you are deeply embedded in how your clients run their activity, you know their goals inside out, and you are the person they call when they need something done. The difference is that rather than running campaigns yourself, you are helping clients understand their data, optimising their use of the product, and proactively surfacing insights that drive results.


🛠️ Core Responsibilities


Day-to-Day Client Management

  • Manage a portfolio of agency and brand clients across APAC, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth, structured launch experience
  • Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and platform training sessions
  • Respond to client queries quickly and accurately, escalating where needed


Performance & Optimisation

  • Analyse client data and campaign performance to surface actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proactively identify underperformance, flag issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve them
  • Help clients understand reporting, benchmarks, and the metrics that matter for their business
  • Support upsell and cross-sell conversations where there is a genuine fit


Collaboration & Process

  • Work closely with Sales on account handovers and new business onboarding
  • Partner with Product and Technical teams to relay client feedback and flag platform issues
  • Contribute to the development of CS playbooks, templates, and internal documentation


🎯 Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing or AdTech role
  • A background in paid search, paid social, or programmatic — either agency-side or at a platform — is highly desirable
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, ideally in an agency or platform environment
  • Familiarity with ad verification, brand safety, or performance measurement platforms is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills — you are comfortable working with data and translating numbers into clear, client-friendly narratives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — you know how to explain complex things simply
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy client list without things falling through the cracks
  • A proactive, can-do attitude — you do not wait to be told; you spot the problem and fix it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly in a growing, changing environment
