The Role

In this ADM position, you will focus on the development of the group's flagship retail developments and be supported directly by the group's Development Director - gaining exposure to all stages of the development life-cycle: acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, leasing and marketing.

  • Work Hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Melbourne CBD office location / on-site as required
  • Salary on offer of circa $100k - $110k plus Super - dependant on experience and skillset, negotiable for the right candidate)


Key Responsibilities

  • Support, manage, and report on the project delivery schedule and achievement of desired outcomes and cost objectives.
  • Assist with monitoring and coordinating project teams by reporting progress on-site and participating in/reporting on site meetings
  • Provide the external leasing agency with supporting documentation related to tenant leasing enquiries, submission presentations, commercial negotiations and legal matters
  • Work with the Director in managing external stakeholders, consultants, council, service authorities, contractors, tenant representatives and leasing agents
  • Collaborate with internal teams and resources on a range of matters, such as planning, design, engineering, legal, lease management, and marketing


The Right Candidate

  • Ideally, some experience/background in Retail/Commercial Property in some capacity
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property or a similar field, as well as 2 - 3 years of work experience
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player who wants to learn and grow their skills across the full project lifecycle, but who can also work autonomously when required
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills (essential)
  • Must have their Driver's Licence and own Car (travel to site is required regularly)
