Passionate about always delivering on promises, working collaboratively and building life-changing communities, they are seeking to expand their Development team with the addition of Senior Development Manager to manage a highly strategic selection of projects in the group's portfolio. This role will report directly to a supportive and experienced Director and be supported by the wider Development, Management and Leadership Teams.

Your Responsibilities:

With solid experience in subdivision you will be jumping into a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Prepare and maintain a program from concept to completion of each project stage to establish milestones and critical dates
• Manage key stakeholder relationships including engagement with the local council, joint venture partners, project consultants and state government departments
• Prepare and manage financial performance of the project by closely monitoring of its feasibility and budgets against set objectives and outcomes
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly review and cash flow management
• Contributes to the management of the sales and marketing operations for each project

You Will Need:

• Solid tenure and experience as either a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager in a comparable Development Group
• Demonstrated success (5 years+) in delivering residential greenfield and broad-acre subdivisions within Melbourne or Regional Victoria
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or any other related field
• Strong financial acumen, well-versed in the use of Estate Master and project cashflows - MUST have experience with Feasibility management software
• Enthusiastic team player who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty across the full project lifecycle
