scouted. is very excited to be partnering once again with this Melbourne-based Residential Property Developer, who is relatively new to the market but pushing full steam ahead. With several Projects already in the pipeline and a meticulous acquisition strategy, they are well on their way to becoming the leading, affordable medium-density housing solution provider nationwide. Due to this growth, the office is now a very busy place - creating a new role for a driven and meticulous Sales & Marketing all-rounder to join the team.


Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this position is highly operational and data-driven, with strong focus areas of CRM management, eDM & social media campaigns, website & digital channel management, as well as sales reporting and support. This is an ideal role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys a multi-faceted role where they will learn and grow in their skillset across multiple business arms in the property space.


Key Responsibilities

Supported by the Sales & Marketing Director, you will manage and coordinate daily marketing activity across a portfolio of projects, ensuring that marketing initiatives directly support sales activity and conversion. You will work closely with the internal internal sales and development teams, as well as external agencies across the following:


CRM, Reporting & Analytics

  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data accuracy and effective lead management
  • Monitor and action leads daily, providing regular performance reporting
  • Analyse weekly sales and enquiry data, tracking conversion metrics and campaign performance
  • Prepare internal sales, marketing, and PCG reports with actionable insights

eDM & Direct Marketing

  • Plan, write, schedule, and deploy eDM campaigns using approved brand templates
  • Manage segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign lists
  • Track and report on open rates, click-throughs, enquiries, and conversions
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across corporate and project channels
  • Write, schedule, and publish social content aligned with sales activity and project milestones
  • Conduct site visits to capture project content when needed
  • Monitor performance and provide reporting and insights

Websites & Digital Channels

  • Manage content across corporate and individual project websites
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO alignment
  • Liaise with external digital agencies on SEO/SEM optimisation and reporting
  • Ensure CRM integration and lead capture functionality across all digital channels

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Manage and update real estate portal listings and internal stock/price lists
  • Coordinate sales campaign launches and associated material for builder partners
  • Prepare purchaser communications in collaboration with the development team
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries and ensure accurate CRM entry


To be suitable for and successful in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a busy and evolving property or project environment. You will need to be comfortable with multitasking and managing priorities across multiple developments. A background in Property Development, Residential Construction or Real Estate is essential as well as experience with CRM systems, reporting, marketing analytics and the fundamentals of day-to-day property marketing across relevant channels.
