Reporting to the Director, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Development (or Project) Manager to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, including head contractor and external PM, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify/address project challenges, and implement solutions to keep the project on track, ensure quality, and adhere to compliance with standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including local councils, planning authorities, community members, architects, contractors, consultants, and other related parties.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring clear communication on project status and key deliverables.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related property field.
• Ideally, some experience in the delivery of apartment projects, ideally on the client side - previous roles as eith ADM, DM, APM or PM will be most suitable.
• Strong understanding of residential planning, design, construction processes, and local building regulations.
• MUST HAVE experience using Estate Master DM Software for cash flow management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
