In the role of Development Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the wider Development Team (ADMs/DMs/SDMs) with the coordination, management, and delivery of multiple land subdivision projects at various stages of the development lifecycle. You will use your strategic oversight, financial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on project management abilities to ensure that all your team's projects meet their financial targets, quality standards, and timeline outcomes, all while aligning yourself with the greater business vision and values.

You will already have:

• Tertiary Qualifications in a Property-related discipline (eg: Construction or Engineering)
• Work Experience of 2 - 3 years in the industry/a property-related role
• Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise deadlines with close attention to detail
• A passion for property and the ambition to succeed individually as well as in a team
