This is a unique opportunity to jump into a hands-on project marketing role across a live portfolio of residential land communities, within a well-established Melbourne residential property development business. Take charge of an active pipeline of greenfield communities across multiple states, getting your foot in the door with a team known for their strong brand execution and their disciplined, sales-driven approach to project marketing. This is an initial parental leave contract covering a Project Marketing Manager position, where you will quickly take ownership of both the marketing strategy and execution across a live, multi-project portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with the internal sales and development teams to drive project performance on your projects from campaign through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential land release projects, aligned to sales targets
  • Manage community branding, digital advertising, social media, and collateral across the project portfolio
  • Prepare and manage marketing materials such as land releases, plans, flyers, and digital communications
  • Coordinate with the sales team on collateral and advertising strategies to support sales targets and construction milestones
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, managing project budgets and expenditure

The Successful Candidate will have

  • Proven experience in greenfield property marketing, with a track record of delivering successful high-profile development projects
  • Strong brand management and product marketing expertise in the residential property space
  • Experience managing large project marketing budgets, from planning through to reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a commercially oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • A valid Victorian full driver's licence, with availability for occasional interstate and regional travel when required

What's on offer for you

  • Remuneration up to $160,000 package (inclusive of superannuation)
  • A defined 12-month contract term, commencing around mid-August or earlier
  • A thorough handover period to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  • Exposure to a live, multi-state project portfolio within a national development group
