scouted. is excited to once again partner with a national property investment advisory business that supports investors purchasing new and off-the-plan property. Guiding their customers from their initial property search through to settlement on their investment, this group partners with an impressive array of developers, builders and project partners. Known for their ability to present independent, unbiased and personally tailored investment recommendations to their clients, the majority of their client enquiry is generated through an online platform. Due to an influx in growth of investor-led enquiry, the group is looking to move away from owner/occupier sales and, as such are looking to grow their internal team with the addition of 2 - 3 new Investment Strategists. These roles can be based within any state in Australia and will be supported by a seperate team, who qualify leads and support (administratively) the end-to-end sales process. Due to longstanding strategic partnerships, and the desire to service a wide range of investor profiles, these roles call for Property Sales Professionals who have strong tenure and proven experience in Investment selling (non-negotiable). Current High Performers in this role are earning $400,000 - $500,000 annually.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified inbound investor leads into unconditional property transactions
  • Run discovery, strategy and recommendation meetings with investor clients
  • Present investment projections and tailored property solutions (predominantly off-the-plan)
  • Work within a proven sales framework with strong internal support and leadership
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings and optimise sales performance accordingly


The right Candidate will have

  • Proven experience in property investment (ideally off-the-plan) sales
  • Confidence in presenting numbers, projections and investment strategies
  • A consultative, client-first selling style and strong client relationship-building skills
  • A passion for selling investment property and the capability to make 3 to 4 sales per month
  • Relevant Agent's Representative Certificate (or state equivalent)


The Remuneration & Benefits

  • A $60,000 base retainer + superannuation (debit/credit model)
  • Uncapped, tiered commissions of circa $14k per sale on average
  • Qualified leads provided / no cold calling or prospecting
