THE ROLE

This newly created role has been established to support the Chief Investment Officer on new joint venture acquisitions and investments, while also assisting the Development team with day-to-day modelling across the existing portfolio. You'll report directly to the CIO, working across feasibility, cashflow, debt and valuation models that inform live board decisions, with genuine exposure to deals from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building and maintaining feasibility, cashflow, debt and valuation models for new joint venture acquisitions and investments
• Supporting the CIO and Development team with day-to-day modelling across the live portfolio
• Modelling divestment, lease-up and term debt scenarios for assets moving toward sale or refinance
• Preparing board report materials with a strong focus on accuracy and presentation
• Liaising directly with JV partners, lawyers, bankers, valuers and agents throughout due diligence
• Supporting scenario and debt modelling for residential projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 5 years' post-graduate experience; property or funds management experience is favourable but not essential
• Advanced financial modelling skills across feasibility, cashflow, debt and valuation
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in board report writing and materials
• Comfortable taking direction from and working closely with a CIO and senior stakeholders
• A self-starter who can manage competing priorities across multiple live deals and asset classes

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• $150,000 to $180,000 package, inclusive of superannuation
• 10% discretionary bonus, paid annually
• Direct reporting line to the CIO of a well-capitalised investment platform
• Broad live portfolio exposure across office, industrial, residential and hotel assets, spanning multiple states
