The business runs a full-spectrum development model - acquisitions, planning, design, delivery, leasing/sales and exit. The challenge? Live projects are demanding, and the market doesn’t wait. This role exists to own the commercial front end of the live development pipeline and turn opportunity into revenue.
The mandate
You’ll lead sales and leasing across a national industrial development book - engaging the market early, driving pre-leasing and sales outcomes, and sharpening revenue recognition across projects with flexible exit strategies (englobo land, turnkey, pre-lease driven acquisitions). You’ll be the single point of contact for occupiers and agents, pulling the right people in at the right time as opportunities firm up.
