Working under two experienced Senior Development Managers, supported by a hands on CEO - the successful candidate will have a diligent, 'can-do' attitude as well as a collaborative and positive approach to everything they do. This role is an absolute opportunity to grow your Development career the right way, and learn from industry experts who will mentor and elevate your understanding to the next level.


Perfect for a strong ADM looking to move up and/or take on more responsibility, or a current (Junior) Development Manager looking for a change. You will work independently on your first project as well as in tandem with another DM on your second. Nerves will not be needed here as the senior leadership team and wider business units will support you immensely as you jump straight into action.


In the role of Assistant Development Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, management, and delivery of multiple land subdivision projects at various stages of the development lifecycle. You will use your strategic oversight, financial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on project management abilities to ensure that all your projects meet their financial targets, quality standards, and timeline outcomes; all while aligning yourself with the greater business vision and values.


You will already have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in a Property-related discipline (eg: Construction or Engineering)
  • Experience as current ADM or Junior DM in Greenfield Land Subdivison (a must)
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise deadlines with close attention to detail
  • A passion for property and the ambition to succeed individually as well as in a team
