Channel Sales Manager - Industrial Property

scouted. is very excited to exclusively represent a high-growth property platform, looking to scale both its development pipeline and its capital distribution strategy. With an active portfolio of circa $500m, this group is currently executing across both industrial and large-format retail assets. Their strategy is deliberately diversified:

  • Industrial: typically build-to-sell
  • Retail: build-to-hold to create recurring income and grow assets under management

Active with acquisitions, disciplined in their execution, and focused on building a long-term platform, this brand is commercially sharp. With an entrepreneurial culture and collaborative office environment, decision-making sits close to the Directors, and there is a strong focus on performance, accountability and individual initiative. With a significant volume of industrial projects on the market, focus has recently shifted internally to look at how the business distributes its opportunities.


The Role

In this newly created role, you will take ownership of building, managing and optimising external channel partner relationships. Your target clientele will be Wealth Management Groups, Financial Planners, Buyer Advocates and Investment Advisory Firms. You will be responsible for positioning this group's product as a compelling investment offering, acting as the bridge between the Developer and its Distribution Partners. This is a commercially focused, relationship-centric role with real autonomy to drive partner engagement and influence transaction outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, scale and manage relationships with channel partners and agents
  • Present and position investment opportunities to partners and their client bases
  • Coordinate stock releases, pricing updates and campaign communication
  • Drive follow-up and strategy on available and slow-moving stock/product
  • Monitor channel performance and facilitate sales velocity improvements
  • Maintain CRM discipline across external leads, partners, agents and transactions


About You

  • Background working with financial planners, wealth managers or property investment firms AND/OR within channel sales, project marketing or property agency/developer
  • Industrial Property-specific experience will be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate investment value clearly
  • Confidently able to engage with financially literate stakeholders and clients
  • Structured and proactive approach to managing sales pipeline and relationships
  • A self-driven and ambitious personality, able to take on a high level of ownership
