Development Manager – Land Subdivision

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Head of Development, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of development - from design and approvals through to delivery, sales and settlement. You’ll:

• Manage the program, budget, and feasibility to ensure commercial and community outcomes
• Lead planning and approvals engagement with councils, consultants and state bodies
• Oversee design development, staging and tendering of civil works
• Drive value through cost optimisation and proactive delivery practices
• Monitor and report on performance, budgets, and cashflow
• Contribute to broader business strategy and upcoming site feasibility

We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in greenfield or broadacre land development
• Existing Development Managers or experienced ADMs ready to step up
• Demonstrated success managing or contributing to residential subdivisions across metro Melbourne or regional Victoria
• Commercially-minded with strong financial acumen (EstateMaster experience highly regarded)
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, both internally and externally
• Hands-on, energetic and proactive – you enjoy being in the detail and seeing things through
