THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this ADM role sits at the centre of an active and genuinely varied project portfolio. You'll work across a ~400-lot lifestyle community with a Woolworths-anchored Major Activity Centre, the delivery of circa 100 townhouses and a hotel in regional Victoria, a rezoning process ahead of a 350-lot subdivision adjacent to a Coles-anchored Neighbourhood Activity Centre in Melbourne's west, and ongoing exposure to the firm's acquisition due diligence pipeline. The scope is real and the access to the full development lifecycle is genuine.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supporting end-to-end delivery of residential land subdivision and lifestyle community projects from acquisition through to settlement
  • Coordinating consultant teams across planning, design, and engineering to deliver programme and budget outcomes
  • Monitoring planning permit conditions, council information requests, bonding applications, and plan certification milestones
  • Liaising with the sales and marketing team on stage launches, stock management, pricing, and contract preparation
  • Preparing and maintaining monthly project reports, feasibility updates, and budget tracking
  • Managing site presentation, landscape contractor supervision, and practical completion milestones
  • Assisting with due diligence and feasibility analysis on new acquisition opportunities


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years' experience in a property development role, ideally within residential land or lifestyle communities
  • Working knowledge of the planning approvals process, including permit conditions and consultant management
  • Commercial literacy - comfortable working with feasibilities, budgets, and project financials
  • Exposure to master-planned subdivision, mixed-use development, or land release sequencing well regarded
  • Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a live portfolio
  • A collaborative, self-starting approach - someone who takes ownership and communicates clearly
