The Opportunity


This is a genuine end-to-end P&C role where you'll balance strategy with delivery. You'll work alongside an engaged executive team to build the people roadmap, strengthen leadership capability and create scalable people practices that support continued growth.

You'll lead the full employee lifecycle while influencing how the organisation attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent.


Where you'll focus


  • Developing and delivering the People & Culture strategy aligned to business growth.
  • Building leadership capability through coaching, performance frameworks and practical development programs.
  • Leading talent acquisition and partnering with leaders to attract exceptional people.
  • Owning remuneration reviews, talent planning and performance processes.
  • Strengthening culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
  • Ensuring employment compliance, policy development and best practice across the business.
  • Leading workforce planning as the organisation continues to expand internationally.
  • Optimising Employment Hero and improving people reporting and insights.
  • Leading and mentoring a People & Culture Coordinator.


About You


You're equally comfortable sitting around the executive table as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve problems.

You'll bring:


  • Significant senior HR or People & Culture leadership experience.
  • Experience working within high-growth, founder-led or entrepreneurial environments 👈🏼 this one's important
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between strategy and operational delivery.
  • Strong capability across employee relations, leadership coaching and organisational development.
  • Experience leading remuneration, performance and talent processes.
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A passion for creating high-performing, values-led cultures.
