Drive people strategy and transformation across complex business units at the C-suite level
What’s the brief?
You’ll be joining a purpose-led, industry super fund undergoing significant transformation, where people and culture are central to delivering on strategic growth ambitions. This is a true end-to-end Business Partnering role within a high-performing P&C team, supporting two evolving business units across a workforce of just over 200 employees.
The environment is fast-paced and change-heavy, shaped by growth, structural shifts and regulatory complexity. The culture is collaborative, accountable and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on partnering with leaders to navigate change, uplift capability and embed ways of working that support long-term success.
You’ll be working closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team, with exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence at scale.
Is this your perfect match?
As a key member of the People & Culture Business Partnering team, reporting to the BP Manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Group Risk and Strategy & Growth to deliver on both strategic and operational people priorities. This is a hands-on role with real breadth, from coaching leaders and managing complex ER/IR matters through to supporting organisational design, engagement and performance cycles.
You will need to flex your approach depending on leadership capability, providing more hands-on support in some areas while enabling autonomy in others. This role suits someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, builds credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and is comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
