An established and growing allied health organisation is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support leaders and teams across Queensland.
Following a significant organisational transformation and rebrand, the business is investing in a new state-based People & Culture model designed to better support leaders, clinicians and employees across a growing national workforce.

You're practical, commercially minded and comfortable working in a lean team where no two days are the same. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to grow under experienced leaders, develop your capability and play a key role in embedding a new People operating model during an exciting period of organisational change.
