Location: Hybrid - Melbourne CBD ( 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

🤸 Day to day


No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and adding value through regular touchpoints

• Craft job ads and collaborate with marketing to attract the right talent

• Source, screen and manage candidates through the full recruitment process

• Oversee offers, placements and follow up on invoice processes

• Maintain accurate CRM records (JobAdder) and track activity against KPIs

• Stay across market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email and phone outreach

• Negotiate terms, fees and recruitment models (contingent and retained)

• Develop new strategies to generate leads and grow your client base

 

🧰 What’s in your toolkit?


Must-haves:

• 2+ years recruitment experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

• Proven ability or exposure to business development and hitting targets

 

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with early-career or graduate talent

• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems (e.g. JobAdder)

• Background in sales or client-facing roles
