The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to help shape something that's never quite been done before.

Our client is redefining their industry, with ambitious growth plans and a vision that extends well beyond what exists in the market today. As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help build the people foundations that will support what's next.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders as the organisation evolves, influencing everything from workforce planning and organisational design to leadership capability, culture and complex people matters. It's a true generalist role where you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while playing a meaningful part in building a business that's creating an entirely new category.

Is this your perfect match?

You're someone who naturally keeps pace with an evolving business. You anticipate what's around the corner, navigate competing priorities with confidence, and remain calm under pressure.

You'll be at your best in an environment that's ambitious, fast-moving, and continually evolving. If you're looking for predictability, this won't be the right fit. If you're looking for impact, ownership, and the opportunity to help shape what's next, you'll feel right at home.

Most importantly, you're a trusted advisor who enjoys being the first call for leaders and takes pride in delivering people solutions that make a lasting commercial impact.

Location

This role is onsite but not at your standard corporate office. You'll be collaborating in a purpose-designed, architecturally crafted workspace that reflects the caliber of the brand. Every detail has been considered to create an inspiring environment where people genuinely enjoy spending time - making five days in the office feel like a perk, not a compromise.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with leaders and General Managers to deliver people strategies that support commercial objectives
  • Providing expert guidance on Modern Awards, employment legislation and workplace compliance
  • Leading change initiatives and partnering with leaders through periods of growth and transformation
  • Using people insights and workforce data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities
  • Coaching leaders across performance, capability, engagement and people leadership
  • Managing complex employee relations matters, investigations and workplace issues end-to-end
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational design to enable continued expansion
  • Driving performance and talent initiatives that strengthen leadership capability
  • Contributing to talent acquisition, succession planning and retention across multiple locations
  • Playing a key role in people projects spanning culture, engagement, leadership development and organisational effectiveness

About you

  • 5+ years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
  • Experience supporting multi-site or operational workforces
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work and Modern Awards
  • A track record of building trusted partnerships with senior leaders
  • Confident managing complex employee relations matters from start to finish
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance business priorities and people outcomes
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
  • An influential communicator who can coach, challenge and build credibility with stakeholders
  • Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences while supporting business growth
