You’ll bring a steady, practical lens to embedding key people initiatives - from engagement and performance through to capability uplift and broader transformation - ensuring they land in a meaningful way. You’re someone who uses data to guide your thinking, offering commercially grounded recommendations, and you’re keen to play a role in shaping wellbeing initiatives while partnering closely with the wider P&C team to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Your Role in Action
- Contribute to building leadership capability through key moments in the employee lifecycle, including structured development programs
- Draw on data and insights to identify patterns, inform decision-making and provide commercially relevant advice
- Get involved in the evolution of wellbeing initiatives, taking on ownership as you establish yourself in the role
- Work in close partnership with the HR team to drive aligned, consistent and high-quality outcomes
- Support and influence a diverse stakeholder group, from new leaders to senior management, adapting your approach to suit different needs and styles
- Play a key role in rolling out and embedding core people initiatives across engagement, performance, capability and change
- Help bring new ways of working to life, ensuring they are understood, adopted and sustained across teams
What You Bring
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, supporting a mix of frontline and senior leaders
- Confident in managing end-to-end ER matters
- Strong relationship builder, able to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, balancing BAU with ongoing change
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the confidence to make calls independently and sense-check when needed
- Strong coaching capability, particularly with developing or first-time leaders
- Experience supporting change, engagement and capability initiatives and seeing them through to embedment
