Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR partner for several business units, supporting a diverse and engaged workforce. Your day-to-day might include:

• Partnering with managers to provide HR coaching, performance guidance, and employee support.
• Leading onboarding, offboarding, and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Supporting workplace relations, facilitating conversations, and helping resolve conflicts.
• Advising on industrial relations matters, enterprise agreement obligations, and employment law.
• Collaborating with Capability & Culture teams to deliver learning, development, and organisational initiatives.
• Being a hands-on HR resource across corporate services, community programs, customer-facing teams, and field operations.
• Travelling between sites as required, with flexible in-office arrangements (anchor day midweek).

Your Toolkit

• Solid operational HR experience, including employee relations, industrial relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -able to influence and coach leaders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience supporting diverse teams and building strong relationships across business units.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude - you’re energized by challenge and change!
