  • Interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and employment legislation
  • Building positive relationships with union representatives
  • Supporting enterprise bargaining activities
  • Delivering ER training and coaching to leaders
  • Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives

🧰What's in your toolkit?

  • Employee Relations or Workplace Relations experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation
  • Experience managing investigations and complex casework
  • Confidence partnering with operational leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A practical, commercially minded approach to ER
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Join a highly experienced Workplace Relations team that genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing its people
  • Exposure to a broad range of complex ER matters and Fair Work Commission cases
  • Opportunity to build your Enterprise Bargaining experience
  • Work alongside experienced legal counsel and senior Workplace Relations professionals

  • Modern Essendon Fields office with free parking
  • Clear opportunity to continue developing your technical ER capability

🚀The Bottom Line

If you're looking for a role where you'll gain exposure to complex workplace relations matters, work alongside experienced mentors, and build your career in a collaborative team, this is a fantastic opportunity.

You'll be trusted to own your work, supported when you need it, and challenged in all the right ways as you continue to grow your Employee Relations career.
