This is a true generalist role for someone who enjoys the full breadth of business partnering. You'll join a sophisticated investment business where the People team is recognised for creating meaningful impact and shaping the way people experience work.


You'll build trusted relationships with senior leaders, partnering with them across organisational growth, change, succession planning, remuneration, workforce strategy and culture. With the ability to drive local initiatives while collaborating closely with the global headquarters, you'll have the opportunity to make a true impact in the business.

What you'll be doing


  • Build deep and trusting connections with stakeholders so you can provide true guidance on people matters
  • Partnering with leaders on workforce strategy, organisational design and business growth.
  • Coaching senior stakeholders through complex people decisions and organisational change.
  • Driving initiatives across talent, succession, leadership capability, remuneration, performance and engagement.
  • Providing commercially balanced advice across employee relations, risk and compliance.
  • Using HR data and insights to influence business decisions.
  • Working alongside global Centres of Excellence to deliver consistent, high-impact people programs.
  • Championing process improvement, HR technology and AI-enabled ways of working to continually enhance the employee experience.


About you


  • Experience partnering with senior executives in a strategic HR Business Partner role in a sophisticated environment.
  • A strong commercial mindset and confidence influencing at executive level.
  • The ability to balance people outcomes with business risk.
  • Exposure to complex, fast-paced environments such as financial services, consulting, professional services or similar.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, technology and finding smarter ways of working.
  • Strong judgement, curiosity and the confidence to challenge constructively when required.
