👋 Who are we?
We’re partnering with an established organisation looking for a People Systems & Analytics Specialist to join its People team on a parental leave contract.
Sitting at the intersection of HR, systems and data, this role is all about making sure the organisation’s people technology works effectively, its workforce data can be trusted, and its leaders have access to meaningful insights when they need them.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Systems & Optimisations, supporting the day-to-day functionality of the HRIS and ATS, improving workflows and helping translate business needs into practical systems and reporting solutions.
The formal position description describes the role as supporting the optimisation of people systems, workforce data integrity, reporting and process improvement.
😊 Who are you?
You’re probably the person in your HR team who actually enjoys digging into a system when something doesn’t look quite right.
You understand HR data, not just software.
You can pull a report, spot something odd, work out why it’s happening and understand what that information actually means in a people context.
You don’t need to be a developer or heavy backend configurator. This role is much more HRIS super user + reporting + problem solver.
You’ll be comfortable talking to People & Culture stakeholders one minute and system vendors or technical support teams the next, translating between the two without making things unnecessarily complicated.
🤸 Day to day
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
🧰 What’s in your toolkit?
Must-haves:
Nice-to-haves:
And importantly, you do not need experience with their exact systems. The team can train you on intelliHR and Springboard. What matters more is that you understand the logic behind HR systems, integrations, reporting and people data.
Why This Role?
This would suit someone who enjoys being the bridge between HR, data and technology and wants a role where they can get into the detail without disappearing completely into the backend.
