What's the brief?

You’ll be joining a purpose-driven organisation with a collaborative, values-led leadership team. The culture is grounded in curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll take ownership of improving HR systems, data and workflows, starting with a deep diagnostic of current processes to identify where things can be better.

Sitting at the intersection of systems and people operations, you’ll partner with stakeholders to translate organisational needs into practical, scalable solutions, driving end-to-end improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Is This Your Perfect Match?

You’re an HR systems and operations specialist who thrives on bringing structure to complexity. You enjoy identifying what’s not working and finding practical ways to improve it. You balance thinking and doing – you are comfortable working within existing systems while improving them. You’re analytical, solutions-focused, and confident in engaging stakeholders to drive change. You bring experience across HR systems, processes and the employee lifecycle, and you’re self-directed, curious, and motivated to leave things better than you found them.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Systems & Process Improvement: You’ll optimise people systems and processes, improving efficiency, integration, and overall user experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Data & Governance: You’ll strengthen data integrity, reporting and record-keeping, enabling better decision making while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Process Design & Continuous Improvement: You’ll map and redesign end-to-end processes to reduce inefficiencies and risk, embedding more streamlined, scalable ways of working and driving ongoing improvement.
  • Policy & Compliance: You’ll support the development and uplift of people policies and frameworks to ensure alignment with organisational and regulatory standards.

What Sets You Apart

  • You’re an experienced HR systems and operations professional with a track record of delivering meaningful improvements across processes, data, and technology. You bring structure to complexity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You have proven experience across HR systems, processes and operations, including HRIS, payroll, reporting and the employee lifecycle. You’ve had a high level of exposure to transformation in HR operations or systems environments.
  • You possess strong analytical capability, including process mapping and problem-solving, with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements. You are confident engaging stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
  • You are proactive and self-directed, comfortable working within existing systems while improving them. You are curious, solutions-focused, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and have a high level of personal accountability; you are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.
