Sales Executive VIC/TAS

 

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – Work from home and on the road)


Salary: Competitive base salary + super + car allowance + uncapped commission


A global leader in non-invasive aesthetic, medical, and wellness technology is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to take ownership of the VIC and TAS territories. Representing some of the most recognised names in the industry — including Emsculpt NEO, Emface, Exion, and Emsella — this is a chance to join one of the most reputable and fast-growing brands in the aesthetics space.


The Role

This is a dynamic B2B sales role where you’ll drive growth across Victoria and Tasmania. You’ll focus on building new relationships with clinics, wellness centres, and healthcare practices while nurturing existing clients to deliver long-term results.

Working closely with the National Sales Director, you’ll manage your territory independently, supported by a collaborative national team. It’s a hybrid position — working from home and out in the field — with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to build your own footprint as the Melbourne presence grows.



What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with clinics, wellness centres, and healthcare practices
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across VIC and TAS
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the brand
  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive relationship management and consistent follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Travel regularly across VIC/TAS, with occasional interstate trips to support national events


 

About You

You’re confident, polished, and commercially minded. You love sales, thrive on building connections, and take pride in delivering real results. You might come from medical, wellness, aesthetics, or premium B2B sales — what matters most is your drive, energy, and ability to build trust.

You enjoy autonomy, have strong business etiquette, and bring a professional yet warm presence to every client interaction. You’re strategic but hands-on, adaptable but always focused on outcomes.

 

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B or capital equipment sales experience (medical, aesthetics, or wellness highly regarded)
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across VIC/TAS
