Sales Executive – Rehabilitation

 

Location: Open to VIC, NSW or QLD (Hybrid – work from home and on the road)

Salary: Competitive base salary + super + car allowance + uncapped commission

A global leader in medical and rehabilitation technology is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their Rehabilitation division. This is your chance to represent some of the most advanced clinical and therapeutic technologies in the world — from shockwave and laser therapy systems to robotics and spinal rehabilitation equipment.


The Role

This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you’ll connect with physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and sports medicine facilities to introduce innovative treatment solutions that truly change patient outcomes.

Working closely with the Branch Manager/ Director of Australia, you’ll manage your own territory, driving growth through new business development and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll attend key events, product demonstrations, and training sessions, representing one of the most respected names in rehabilitation technology.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic owners
  • Identify new business opportunities across your territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions with clinicians and therapists
  • Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and education events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and product delivery
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through the CRM system
  • Travel regularly across your territory to connect with clients and drive results


About You

You’re a motivated, professional, and solutions-driven salesperson who loves working with people who care about outcomes. You’re curious about technology, confident in conversation, and passionate about products that make a difference in people’s recovery and wellbeing.

 

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 2–5 years of B2B or medical device sales experience (rehab, physio, or healthcare advantageous)
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand client needs
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
