Salary: Competitive base salary + super + commission


A global leader in medical aesthetics technology is looking for a vibrant Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing Australian team. If you love connecting with people, have a natural energy over the phone, and thrive on turning interest into opportunity — this is the role for you.


The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing leads — clinics, practices, and wellness centres interested in industry-leading aesthetic and wellness technology. You’ll call, connect, and build genuine relationships, uncovering needs and scheduling qualified appointments for the field sales team to visit.

This isn’t a cold-calling grind. You’ll be working from warm, pre-qualified leads — professionals already familiar with the brand — and your job is to bring warmth, curiosity, and energy to every conversation. You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams to help drive business growth and create memorable first impressions.


What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to warm leads via phone, email, and social channels
  • Build rapport quickly and understand client needs and interests
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Area Managers
  • Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and positivity to the team every day


About You

You’re energetic, personable, and confident on the phone. You love sales conversations, enjoy connecting with people, and bring genuine enthusiasm to your work. You’re motivated by results, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (phone-based preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and engaging
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Comfort using CRM and digital sales tools
  • A people-first approach — you build trust naturally and easily
