Area Manager VIC/SA


Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – Work from home and on the road)


Salary: Competitive base salary + super + car allowance + uncapped commission

A global leader in medical aesthetics technology is looking for a driven Area Manager to take charge of the VIC and SA territories. The Role

This role is ideal for someone who loves building meaningful partnerships while driving strong commercial results. As Area Manager VIC/SA, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clinics, practices, and wellness centres, while identifying new opportunities to expand Venus’ footprint across both states.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager, supported by a collaborative national team that’s passionate about innovation and client success. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home and out on the road, attending events, conferences, and client visits across Victoria and South Australia.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales growth across VIC and SA by developing and managing relationships with clinics and healthcare partners
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic pipeline management
  • Conduct engaging presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase Venus’ technology
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Represent the brand at leading industry events and conferences
  • Travel regularly across VIC/SA with occasional interstate travel


About You

You’re confident, tech-savvy, and commercially minded. You understand the power of innovation and how to translate technology into client outcomes. You’re motivated by growth, both your own and your clients’, and you take pride in building long-term relationships that drive real results.

Experience in medical, aesthetics, or premium B2B sales will give you a head start, but strong sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.


Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B or capital equipment sales experience (medical or aesthetics highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A modern, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence using CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across VIC/SA
