We are looking for a Mendix Developer to join our client’s enterprise low-code Centre of Excellence. The client is a well-established European organization operating in manufacturing and logistics, with Mendix as the standard platform for digital transformation across multiple business units. You will be building and delivering enterprise-grade applications end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mendix applications using Studio Pro, following platform best practices and CoE standards.
• Build Microflows, Nanoflows, domain models, and pages to implement complex business logic.
• Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems including SAP, REST/OData APIs, and messaging services.
• Extend Mendix capabilities using Java actions and JavaScript widgets where native functionality is insufficient.
• Manage deployments across environments (development → test → acceptance → production) via Mendix Cloud or customer-hosted infrastructure.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to internal quality assurance processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement — as an active team member.
• Contribute to technical documentation including solution design, data models, and integration specs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Mendix Studio Pro development experience.
• Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Developer certification (Expert a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of domain modeling, Microflows / Nanoflows, and page design.
• Experience with Mendix REST/OData integration — both consumed and published services.
• Working knowledge of Java (for custom Mendix actions) and JavaScript (for custom widgets).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Version control with Git or SVN; CI/CD pipeline awareness.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Proficient English — strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
