Want to work with the world's best?

My client is a global Adobe partner. They're placing a senior Workfront consultant directly into Adobe's Customer Success team, delivering Workfront for Adobe's Australian enterprise clients.

You'll work on an Adobe laptop, inside Adobe's team, with Adobe's clients. The contracts are signed and the team is ready to meet you. Your job is to make Workfront work well for the people using it.

The role

This is all delivery and execution, no presales included. Most of your week goes on configuration, Fusion builds and data mapping. You'll shape workflow design along the way, and you'll be the one in the room with the client — as comfortable running a discovery workshop as you are debugging a Fusion scenario.

What you'll be doing

  • Run Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with marketing, creative and operations teams
  • Write the solution design documentation clients sign off
  • Configure Workfront end to end: object structure, access levels, layout templates, custom forms, request queues, reporting and dashboards
  • Build Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront to Workfront, to the wider Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Express and more) and to third-party platforms
  • Guide clients through kick-off, design and go-live with Adobe best practice
  • Run health audits, platform audits and feature enablement, and troubleshoot what breaks

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in digital, martech or work-management consulting, with at least 3 years hands-on in Adobe Workfront
  • At least one Adobe certification: Workfront Fusion Developer or Workfront Core Developer
  • Complex Fusion builds and data mapping you can walk me through in detail
  • A solid grasp of the marketing and campaign lifecycle, including asset management through to end of life
  • Confidence in front of enterprise clients — running workshops, challenging requirements, explaining trade-offs

The details

  • Remote, based in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or Singapore (Adobe's APAC offices)
  • Start date: 1 December 2026
  • Package: $180,000 package
  • Process: a conversation with my client, a virtual interview with Adobe, then an offer. Fast.

Want to work with the most exciting Adobe projects in APAC?
